Everything I do I believe in challenging people to be the best version of themselves.
I believe in challenging people’s self-limiting beliefs and excuses that may be stopping them from having the amazing life they aspire for.
How Do I do what I do?
I do this by listening and understanding my client’s real issues, thinking and behavioural styles, and excuses.
I build a strong and trusting relationship with them which enables them to gain clarity, focus, and take action.
What do I do?
I do this through coaching, training, accountability as well as leveraging my networks extensive knowledge and skills.

Married with one child and a dog I understand the importance of cherishing those moments together, especially as children seem to grow up so quickly.
Therefore I am a proponent of working smarter, not harder and how effective referral marketing can help you achieve this. Business is all about relationships, we are more likely to do business with people we “know, like and trust”.
The saying “people buy from people” is as true in today’s impersonal digital age as ever before, in fact, more so. Businesses plough their marketing budgets into email campaigns, social media and artificial intelligence chatbots, which do have a place in marketing strategies but lose the personal human touch. It is the human touch that differentiates a great business that is talked about from the mediocrity of impersonal corporations.
I worked for over 20 years for some of the world’s major IT outsourcing companies leading technical teams in the delivery of worldwide IT systems. Without personal relationships, I built with other individuals around the world I would never have achieved the success that I did. Remember, “It’s not what you know, or who you know–it’s how well you know them”. You can be very knowledgeable or have the most outstanding product but without people to help you then success is hard to achieve.
By listening to my client’s wants and needs, conscious and unconscious, we are able to agree on suitable solutions that they can commit to achieving through proven processes. I believe we all have our strengths and weaknesses and by understanding them we can use them to gain the success we deserve.
My Passion: Supporting my customers in building better relationship skills, increasing their confidence and working smarter so they can spend more quality time with those they love whilst gaining the right clients to grow their business.
